ONBOARDING
Getting you ready for your next job involves quite a bit of paperwork! But don't worry - we know exactly what is required, and we'll guide you through obtaining and completing the necessary documentation, which may include:

Completion of your New Hire Packet
This will be sent electronically through email.
Completion of Consumer Authorization Form
Background check authorization form will be provided by recruiter.
Drug Screen
This will be set up at a location closest to the zip code you provide. Please have this completed no
later than 48 hours after receiving your order form, so we may obtain timely results.
Payroll
Notarized I-9 Form will be provided by recruiter.
Recruiter will provide form and instruction for Direct Deposit Authorization.
Other Documentation*
*For certain positions, other documents may be required, and could include:
Licenses/Certifications
Immunization Records/Declinations (Employee responsible for obtaining/providing records; Recruiter may provide declination forms as needed)
